CREYA is an experiential learning programme that focuses on developing 21st century skills in children. It is based on STEM – integration of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. However, these subjects are not taught in a typical classroom set up but in the Creya Studio through model making projects, challenges and capstones. CREYA helps develop interpersonal communication and a spirit of collaboration.
Callido workshop is an immersive session that introduces the students to the computer languages to be used throughout the programme. Its curriculum fusing offline activities and online modules keeps our students creatively engaged. Sessions are conducted by the teachers throughout the year to reinforce and build upon the initial learning.
Camps such as Pegasus are organised amidst nature to let students explore, experience, and establish a bond with the natural environment. The camps include activities that are conducted to help students strengthen team spirit. Students get an equal opportunity to discover their leadership skills and this helps them in their overall growth as a human being.
AMNEEV Vision School School is one of the few schools in India to offer an advanced Design & Technology Lab and curriculum to its students. Electronics, Automated Control Systems, Robotics, Woodworking and metalworking skills form the core of our work here. Students have access to the latest equipment and technology through the entire process from visualising a product to fabricating it. They form a concept, design using CAD, create a prototype and also test the product in house.
Our students have won awards at the CBSE National Science Exhibition (one First Place and seven Runners up Places) , JNNSEC( Jawaharlal Nehru National Science Exhibition for Children ), and other international competitions such as the ‘Instructables’- Make Energy Challenge. Our students produce coursework prototypes for their Board examination, that have been highly acclaimed, and this excellence is recognized by Cambridge International through the grades they have received over the years.
To inculcate the habit of reading in students of grades IV to VIII, the school collaborates with Scholastic India. The program gives students an exposure to age appropriate literature. To ensure that students take the opportunity seriously and derive full benefit from the same, some fun assessments are used to test their reading ability and comprehension.
