Admission Process

Registration For Nursery to XII

• Payment of Non-refundable Registration fee of Rs. 1500/-

• Parents are required to bring their wards for a written test / personal interview on the date fixed by the school.

• After clearing the test / interview, parents must pay school fees to finalize admission.

• Confirmed students must report to school with required items and purchase books & stationery.

ALLOCATION OF SEATS:

Admission is granted based on the following order of preference:

  • • Early registrants
  • • Siblings of current students
  • • Wards of ex-students & service personnel

Entrance Test

Test subjects: English, Hindi, Mathematics, and Science

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

  • • Original Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • • Marks Sheet of Last Examination Passed
  • • Six Passport-Size Photos of Child & Parents/Guardian
  • • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • • Birth Certificate (Original & Xerox Copy)

Admission Procedure

Admission is based on CBSE guidelines and available vacancies. For LKG & I, registrations open in February/March, while for other classes, admissions continue from April to June.

Registration Process:

  • • Registration Forms are available at the school accounts office along with the prospectus.
  • • Parents must complete and submit the form with required documents.
  • • Acknowledgement slip with application number will be issued upon submission.
  • • Note: Registration does not guarantee admission.

Age Limit for Pre-Primary:

  • • Nursery: 2.5 years+ (by July 1st of admitting year)
  • • LKG: 3 years+ (by July 1st of admitting year)
  • • UKG: 4 years+ (by July 1st of admitting year, promotion certificate required)

Admission to Other Classes:

  • • Entrance Test: English, Mathematics, and Second Language.
  • • Only students qualified on merit are admitted.
  • • Admission lists are displayed on the notice board (no letters sent to parents).
  • • Admission is confirmed after payment of fees and submission of documents.

Required Documents for Admission:

  • • Admission form (from school office)
  • • Original Transfer Certificate / Record Sheet
  • • Any additional prescribed documents
